These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ipsora website, assessments, reports, and related services (the "Services"). Ipsora is a digital product operated by PrepoAI LC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Utah, United States ("Ipsora", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

The Services are provided for personal development, career exploration, and educational purposes. Ipsora does not provide clinical, medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create an account using false information or create multiple accounts to misuse the Services.

3. Purchases and Payments

Refund Policy

Ipsora offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the "Complete Report". If you are not satisfied with your purchase , you may request a full refund by contacting us at contact@ipsora.app within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. EU users also retain all statutory rights under valid consumer protection laws.

Ipsora offers both free and paid features. When you purchase a paid feature, you agree to provide accurate payment information to our payment processor.

4. Assessment Results and Reports

The assessments, scores, insights, and narrative reports you receive are generated based on your inputs and automated analysis. They are intended for informational use only.

The results do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for how you use or interpret your results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the operation of the Services
  • Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the Services

Ipsora may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including assessments, questions, reports, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to PrepoAI LC.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you provide, including assessment responses, and grant Ipsora a license to process this data as needed to operate the Services.

7. Enterprise and Group Accounts

If you access Ipsora through your employer or another organization, that organization may control certain aspects of your access. Administrators may view completion status or aggregated insights depending on the plan selected.

Your organization is responsible for ensuring it has the right to provide any information it shares with us.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or tools. These third parties operate independently from Ipsora and maintain their own terms of use and privacy policies. When you choose to access or use a third-party service, you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to that provider's policies. Ipsora does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, practices, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the relevant provider.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any assessment results or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ipsora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ipsora and PrepoAI LC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the twelve months prior to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to other users or to the operation of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
